Who is Timofei Kalachev?
Timofei Kalachev or Timofei Kalachyov is a Belarusian footballer. He plays in midfield for FC Rostov and the Belarus national side. He is the current captain of the national side.
Kalachow signed a five-year contract with Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk from Belarusian Shakhtyor Salihorsk in January 2004.
He then signed a three-year contract with FC Krylya Sovetov Samara in January 2008. In 2010, Kalachev signed with another Russian Premier League club – Rostov. He is currently under contract with the side until December 2014.
His older brother Dzmitry Kalachow is also a professional footballer.
