Yang Seung-Jun is a South Korean ice hockey executive, who is currently the General Manager of the Anyang Halla. He is the most successful hockey operation individual among the Korean Hockey industry. Yang is also the first one to proposed and responsible expanding professional hockey league, the Asia League Ice Hockey in 2003.
