Who is Bob Armstrong?
Robert Landis "Bob" Armstrong served as a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives from 1963 to 1970 Commissioner of the General Land Office from 1970 to 1982, and a member of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission from 1985 to 1991. He was appointed assistant secretary for Land and Minerals Management at the Department of Interior by U.S. President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 1998.
