張瓊姿，台灣藝人。
早期與妹妹張瓊瑤二人以模特兒出道，而開始參與多部影視演出，如《女人四十一枝花》、《家》；於演藝圈中，交遊廣闊。
1993年12月11日，與職棒球員郭泰源在來來飯店結婚。婚後，張息影十年， 方復出於八點檔飾演要角。 2003年的5月2日在她老公郭泰源罹患肝癌期間，數度與老師潘若迪出遊，還在潘的車裡拉起遮陽板密會80分鐘，該轎車還不明原因晃動，事後她與郭泰源鬧婚變，郭離家出走，但為了小孩終破鏡重圓。
