Jean-Jacques Bouya is a Congolese politician who has served in the government of Congo-Brazzaville as Minister at the Presidency for Spatial Planning since 2012. A pilot by profession, he served as Transport Adviser to President Denis Sassou Nguesso beginning in 1997, and he has been Delegate-General for Major Projects since 2003.
