Who is Jear Perry?

A Journey from Pain to Passion

Jear Perry is a singer-songwriter with a story of determination and resilience. Originally from Kurdistan, he and his family arrived in Europe as refugees when he was just 10 years old. Settling in Germany, Perry faced challenges including bullying and emotional trauma, but found solace in art at a young age.

At the age of 12, he discovered his passion for music. Despite financial difficulties, he continued to develop his skills as a musician. Writing poetry from a young age, Jear's poems eventually evolved into more lyrical, musical works, reflecting his experiences and emotions.

By the age of 16, Jear was producing beats for musicians in his hometown, but his contributions were often overlooked and taken advantage of. Undeterred, Jear balanced his musical pursuits with work as a clothing designer, establishing his own brand.

Between 2019 and 2020, Jear took a leap of faith and released 12 tracks, all written and produced by himself. His hard work paid off, garnering over 48,000 listeners on Spotify. This project marked his first steps towards independence and self-sufficiency.

In December 2021, Perry began work on a new collection of music, writing 24 tracks to be released in 2023. Through his journey, Jear has proven that even in the face of adversity, it is possible to find happiness and fulfillment through one's passions. Jear Perry's story is a testament to the power of perseverance, creativity, and the transformative power of art.
