Who is Jeff Palmer?

Mr.

Palmer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Lane

Technologies. Previously, Jeff served as President of GetThere, the

leading online corporate travel procurement solution, based in Menlo

Park, CA. While at the company, GetThere grew to become the largest

factor in the corporate online travel market, holding 70% market share

among the top 100 US corporations, #1 share in the overall market with

more than 3000 customers worldwide, and transaction volumes exceeding

one million per month. GetThere went public on the NASDAQ in 1999 and

was acquired by Sabre Holdings (NYSE: TSG) for $750 million in 2000.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Palmer served in a variety of general

management and marketing officer roles at Tristrata Security, Memco

Software, Pilot Software and BBN, establishing experience in enterprise

networking, security, and applications software.

Mr. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts

Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
