Who is Jianqing Fan?
Jianqing Fan, is a statistician and financial econometrician. He is the current Frederick L. Moore '18 Professor of Finance, Professor of Statistics and Chairman of Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University. In 2000, he received the COPSS Presidents' Award. He is also a recipient of the Morningside Gold Medal of Applied Mathematics and Guggenheim Fellow. He was elected to Academician from Academia Sinica in 2012.
