Jon Gibson

Who is Jon Gibson?

As Vice President, Human Resources of LSI Corporation, Jon Gibson is responsible for the direction, planning, development,

implementation, and administration of LSI benefits, compensation, EEO,

employee relations, security, human resources systems, staffing, and

learning/organizational development functions. He served the company in

various human resources management positions prior to being named a

vice president in 2001. Before joining LSI in 1984, Gibson managed

human resources organizations at Amdahl Corporation, Crocker National

Bank, and Raychem Corporation.

Gibson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Hayward.
