Jonathan Lyndon Carter is a cricketer who plays for Barbados, he is a left-handed batsman who also bowls right-arm medium pace.
He also represented West Indies A sides for few times. Carter is a left-handed batsman. He can bowl right-arm medium bowls when asked. He first played for the Barbados in 2007 in List A match against West Indies Under-19s. He had averages around 30 in first-class cricket. He never scored a century in the any format of the game. He had scored many half centuries in all the formats. His best score in first-class cricket is 99.

Jonathan Carter has appeared for West Indies A,Barbados and Barbados Tridents in the Limocol Caribbean Premier League.In September 2013 Carter score a century fow West Indies A vs India A.After a long wait Carter finally got his century in First-class against Jamaica.In 2014 he scored his 2nd List A hundred but for Barbados in the Regional Super 50 scoring 109.He was not finished,he scoed his 2nd first-class ton vs Jamaica
