Who is Jordan Weal?
Jordan Weal is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League. Weal was selected by the Los Angeles Kings in the 3rd round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
Weal played four years of major junior hockey with the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League, scoring 135 goals and 250 assists for 385 points, while earning 186 penalty minutes, in 282 games played. He was recognized for his outstanding play when he was named to the 2011–12 WHL First All-Star Team.
On April 18, 2011, the Los Angeles Kings signed Weal to a three-year entry level contract.
