Who is Julian Dobbs?
Julian Dobbs is a New Zealand-born American Anglican bishop. He serves as a bishop for the Missionary Diocese of CANA East, a dual jurisdiction of the Church of Nigeria and the Anglican Church in North America. Dobbs' ministry as a bishop includes overseeing congregations and clergy and teaching on Christian-Muslim relations. He became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 7 February 2014.
