Who is Karls Paul-Noel?
Karls Paul-Noel is the assistant fire chief for operations for Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Following the Haitian earthquake of 2009, he and his team mobilized within 24 hours and operated a search and rescue mission. They rescued 11 survivors in Port-au-Prince, including 4 children. TIME named him one of the 100 Most Influential People in 2010.
