Who is Mark Lund (COI)?
Mark Lund is an advertising executive who ran the British government's Central Office of Information agency from 2009, until announcing he would step down in May 2011. He was previously CEO of the advertising agency DLKW. Lund is also a former chairman of the Advertising Association.
