Mayank Chhaya

Who is Mayank Chhaya?

Mayank Chhaya is a journalist and writer based in Chicago. His career spans nearly 30 years with extensive reporting experience out of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the United States. He is a widely published commentator on South Asian and China-Tibet affairs. Since 1998 he has also been writing extensively about America in the wider international context.

Chhaya is currently involved in two books, one about the city of Ahmedabad, which is celebrating 600 years of its founding, and the other about nanotechnology. Both books are scheduled for release early in 2011. Additionally, Chhaya has also completed his first two novels, both expected to be out in 2012.
