Who is Prabhu Jagadbandhu?

Prabhu Jagadbandhu was a 19th-century Hindu Vaishnav Saint of Bengal. Considered a re-incarnation of Sri Chaitanya he spent much of his life meditating and preaching in the Sri Angan Ashram in Faridpur, Bangladesh. His teachings were the inspiration for the founding of the Mahanam Sampraday sect. He attained Samadhi in 1921 in Sri Angan. His mortal remains have been preserved and worshipped ever since with continuous recitation of Harinam or God's name since 1921.
