Who is Raymond Towler?
Ray Towler is an American musician and artist. On September 18, 1981, when he was 24, Towler was falsely convicted of rape, kidnapping and felonious assault in Cuyahoga County Ohio. The charges were vacated on May 5, 2010 after Towler had served over 27 years of a life sentence.
