Who is Vaughan Southgate?
Vaughan Robert Southgate DL FRSM FLS FSB is a British medical parasitologist and the current President of the Linnean Society of London. He is also a Deputy Lieutenant of Bedfordshire, 2009, and High Sheriff of Bedfordshire, 2007. He was educated at Bedford Modern School, Aberystwyth University and Christ's College, Cambridge.
