Who is Viktor Plakida?
Viktor Tarasovych Plakida is a Ukrainian politician and businessman. Plakida served as the Prime Minister of Crimea, an autonomous region in southern Ukraine, from 2006 to 2010. He is the current Representatives of the President of Ukraine in Crimea.
