Who is Vinko Nikolić?
Vinko Nikolić was a Croatian emigrant writer, poet and journalist. During much of World War II he was an adjutant at Supreme Ustaša Headquarters, which effectively ruled over the fascist and genocidal Independent State of Croatia.
