Who is Vladan Jurica?
Vladan Jurica was the chief quartermaster of the League of Lezhë-army and one of Skanderbeg's main advisors. He is thought to hail from Gjoricë, present Bulqizë District. During the Battle of Vaikal he was caught prisoner and sent to Constantinople where he was skinned alive and subsequently killed.
