Who is Basil Pratt?
Rev 'Basil D Pratt' is a former British sprint canoer who competed in the early 1960s. He was eliminated in the repechages of the K-2 1000 m event at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. A former Padre in the British Army, Basil Pratt was married on 19 December 1992 at the age of fifty four. He now has two sons named Conrad and Theo. He currently lives with his family in the south-west of Scotland.
