Who was Benjamin Cole?
Benjamín Cole Vázquez was a Puerto Rican politician and the longest serving Mayor of the city of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He is regarded as one of the strongest leaders of the Popular Democratic Party of Puerto Rico. He was also a postal administrator, legislator, and composer.
