Who was Beriah Palmer?

Beriah Palmer was a United States Representative from New York.

In 1769 he moved to Cornwall, Orange County. He studied law, was admitted to the bar and practiced in New York. He engaged in surveying and farming near Burnt Hills, and in 1774 moved to Ballston Spa
