Who is Bob Russell?
Sir Robert Edward Russell is a British politician who has been a Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Colchester since 1997. He was knighted in the 2012 New Year Honours for public service. For the period 2010-2015 he is the only non-Conservative Member of Parliament in the administrative county of Essex.
