Who was Charles Armitage?
Charles Ingram Armitage was an English amateur cricketer, who played first-class cricket for Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Although he appeared only three times, his career spanned six years, from 1873 to 1878. His father-in-law was the first-class cricketer, J. W. Coates.
