Who is Charles Bakkabulindi?
Charles Bakkabulindi, is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He is the current State Minister for Sports in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position in 2005 according to his parliamentary profile. In the cabinet reshuffles of 1 June 2006., 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post. He is also the elected Member of Parliament representing Workers.
