Who is Charnwit Polcheewin?
Charnwit Polcheewin He is a master of the football coach of Thailand. Previously, he was head coach of the Thailand national football team.Thailand football club head coach of two-time AFC Champions League Winners 1994-1995 Thai Farmers Bank F.C.. He led Thailand to victory in the SEA Games at the end of 2005. He resigned from the post on February 20, 2007 to coach Vietnamese side Đồng Tháp. However, as the transfer did not go through, he re-joined as head coach of the Thai national football team. He was confirmed in this position in April 2007 after the election of a new President of the Football Association of Thailand and the appointment of a new executive committee.
Chanvit announced on June 16, 2008 that he would leave the post of Thailand National Football Team manager after the forthcoming World Cup Qualification game against Oman.
Chanvit stepped down as coach of Thailand on June 22, 2008 after their 2010 World Cup campaign ended in the Third Stage of AFC qualification. In his final game, Thailand lost 2-1 to Oman.
Chanvit was in charge for 3 seasons, and saw success in the King's Cup as well as finishing as runners up in the 2007 ASEAN Championship.
