Who was Douglas Carbery?
Brigadier Douglas Hugh Moffatt Carbery MC, DFC* was a British Artillery officer, who became a World War I flying ace credited with six aerial victories while attached to the Royal Flying Corps and Royal Air Force. He later returned to the artillery, and commanded an anti-aircraft brigade during World War II.
