Who was George Wylie Henderson?
George Wylie Henderson was an author of the Harlem Renaissance.
He was born in Warriorstand, Alabama, and went to the Tuskegee Institute, where he learned printing. He moved to New York, and continued to live in New York city until his death. He published two books, Ollie Miss and Jule, and many short stories in Redbook Magazine.
