Who was Gerald Bartley?
Gerald Bartley was an Irish politician. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann at the 1932 general election as a Fianna Fáil Teachta Dála for the Galway constituency. Bartley served in the Irish government on two occasions, both under the Taoiseach, Seán Lemass. He was re-elected at every election until 1965 when he retired from politics.
