John E. Mullen was a passenger onboard TWA flight 128. He was killed in the crash on November 20,1967. He had just returned from Vietnam and was enroute with his family to Cherry Point, North Carolina. They were arriving in Cincinnati to spend Thanksgiving 1967 with his wife's family in Dayton, Kentucky.
