Who was Gwyneth Ericka Morgan?
Daughter of Welsh Landowner Courtenay Morgan, Lord Tredegar. Gwyneth mysteriously disappeared from a house in Wimbledon, in a dense fog, on 11 December 1925. A body, identified as Gwyneth from items on the rotted remains, was dragged out of the River Thames, at Pocock Wharf, in London, on 20 May 1925.
Gwyneth's life and death is the subject of a four year investigation by historians Will Cross and Monty Dart of Newport, South Wales. Their book " Poor Gwyneth" is awaiting publication.
