Who is Christopher Budd?
Hugh Christopher Budd is a British Roman Catholic prelate and the 8th Bishop of Plymouth.
Born in Romford, Essex, England, he was ordained a priest on 8 July 1962 before being elevated to the episcopacy as Bishop of Plymouth on 19 November 1985.
His successor, Mgr Mark O'Toole, was appointed on 9 November 2013 by Pope Francis.
