Izak Reid

Who is Izak Reid?

Izak George Reid is an English footballer, currently playing for Brackley Town. Reid has two brothers who also play football, Levi and Ishmale, both with Stafford Rangers. Reid came through the ranks at Macclesfield Town and became a regular member of the first team in the 2007–08 season. By the time he had signed a new two-year deal with the Silkmen in July 2009 he had made 78 appearances in all competitions.

Reid signed for Morecambe on Saturday 18 June 2011 after passing a medical. Izak was quoted saying Manager "..Jim Bentley made it clear that he really wanted me and that was nice to hear . He also spoke so passionately about his hopes for the season and the direction he wants to take the club that it didn't take long to convince me that this was a good move for me.." At Brackley he has been prolific with 5 goals in his first 10 games
