Who is Jaclyn Toale?

Prior to joining Grain Communications, Ms. Toale was the finance manager at Global Signal. There she played an integral role in the preparation of documents for the filing of debt and equity offerings as well as the quarterly and annual statements sent to the SEC. During the recent Global Signal and Crown Castle merger, Ms. Toale lead a team focused on the integration of operation and accounting data. Preceding her time at Global Signal, she worked as a Senior Financial Analyst as well as a Staff Accountant at various firms in Sarasota, FL. Ms. Toale holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of South Florida, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.
