Jean-Claude Maleval is a French lacanian psychoanalyst, member of the École de la Cause Freudienne and professor of psychopathology at the University of Rennes 2.
He is the author of three books: Folies hystériques et psychoses dissociatives, La Logique du Délire, and La Forclusion du Nom-du-Père.
In 2012 Maleval's open letter "Listen to the Autists" was published in English in Hurly-Burly.
