Who is Jeffrey Lam?
Jeffrey Lam Kin-fung, GBS, MBE, JP is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, representing the Commercial functional constituency. He was a long-term member of Hong Kong's Liberal Party, and, in September 2008, was nominated as the party's chairman, following the resignation of James Tien. He now sits as a member of the pro-business group Economic Synergy after resigning from the Liberals.
