Who is John Conte Jr.?

Grammy Nominated- "Conte" John Joseph Conte Jr. better known as “Conte” is the Indianapolis, Indiana shinning star. Since his early teens “Conte” knew he wanted to be a world famous artist in the music industry.

The writing is on the wall and also in the fascinating mind of “Conte” who has hit the scene with a number one single. As the Co-Writer of Jamie Foxx’s Billboard chart topper “Blame It”, “Conte” has created a buzz that the music industry is excited about.

Born in Brooklyn, New York “Conte” at the young age of 6yrs old moved to Indianapolis, Indiana with his family. “Conte” says as a child he always enjoyed music and words seem to flow very easy for him when it came to writing. After realizing his God given talent as a writer it was only a matter of time before “Conte” would perform in front of crowds of thousands. By the age of sixteen he was being recognized around town as that kid who could sing. Soon after “Conte” would begin selling music out of his trunk like some of the legendary artist such as “Master P” and “Too Short”. To this day “Conte” has sold more than 100,000 copies of some of his early music.

The multi talented “Conte” is a writer, an artist and yes a rising producer. He recently produced for the late hip hop artist “Dolla”. “Dolla” was signed to the popular artist “Akon’s” label Konvict Muzik.

“Conte” is a force to be reckoned with. Success seems to knock at his door as the rumble of “Conte” catches another popular artist attention. What the music industry would consider a pre-determined hit record, the Grammy Award winner “Nelly” couldn’t pass on this one. The song written by “Conte” titled “3 Way Lovin” is scheduled to be released on “Nelly’s” 2009 album.

When asked “Conte” what’s your goal? He said,” I want to be remembered as one of the greatest writer/artist/producer the world has ever seen, an Icon” “Conte” replied.
