Who is John F. Turner?

John F. Turner was a former Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International and Scientific Affairs. He received the Department of State's Distinguished Honor Award from Secretary of State Colin Powell in 2005. Prior to serving in the Department of State, Mr. Turner was president and CEO of The Conservation Fund.
