Who is John Menzies Low?
John Menzies Low, CBE, CEng, is the Chief Executive of the Charities Aid Foundation and an independent member of the House of Lords Appointments Commission. Low is also the Chairman of the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations. He was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the Queen's Birthday Honours 2008 for services to the voluntary sector and to deaf people.
