Who was Joop Rohner?
Johannes "Joop" Jacobus Rohner was a Dutch water polo player who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics and the World Waterpolo Championships. He was born in Amsterdam and died in Hobart, Tasmania.
He was part of the Dutch team which won the bronze medal in the 1948 Olympics and a gold medal at the 1948 World Waterpolo Championships . He played five matches as goalkeeper.
