Who is Joseph P. Krott?

Joseph P. Krott was appointed comptroller in Sunoco Inc. in July 1998. He succeeded Thomas W. Hofmann, who was appointed vice president and chief financial officer for Sunoco. Mr. Krott, 34, joined Sunoco in 1990 from Coopers Lybrand, where he was an audit manager. A certified public accountant, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Delaware in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
