Who was Józef Klotz?
Józef Klotz, born in Kraków, was a Polish footballer of Jewish origin, who scored the first-ever goal for the Poland national football team. He was connected with two clubs – Jutrzenka Kraków and Maccabi Warszawa. He was murdered by the Nazis in 1941.
