Who was Juhani Kärkinen?
Juhani Kärkinen is a former Finnish ski jumper who competed in the late 1950s and early 1960s. He was born in Kotka. He won the ski jumping gold medal at the 1958 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti. He has one child.
Kärkinen's only other victory came on the normal hill in Oberstdorf, West Germany in 1960.
