  June spoke at length of the Primitive Baptists in her book: "Loves Enduring Hope". As a 71 year old life-long primitive baptist whose dad, grandmother and her husband and their parents were primitive baptists I take personal offense to her description of "those mountain people. She states that they married their own, were totally ignorant, filthy dirty and were lower than scum. I know she must have had something against us and those that preceeded us in our faith or she would not have stooped to such a description. The description of those are totally untrue and worse yet, intended to reach as many as possible in her quest of defaming such a God fearing group. Shame on your memory June. more »
