Who was Kevin Humphreys?
Kevin Emery Humphreys was an Australian rugby league footballer and administrator. He was chairman of the New South Wales Rugby League, from about 1973 to 1983. In 1980, he was instrumental in the establishment of the State of Origin series between teams representing New South Wales and Queensland.
