Who is Kim Seung-kew?
Kim Seung-kew is a former South Korean Minister of Justice, from July 2004 to July 2005, and became head of the National Intelligence Service on July 5, 2005.
Kim Seung Kew is a Korean Government employee. He was born in Kwangyang city of South Cholla province of the Republic of Korea; and finished schooling at Sunchon city Mesan High School, and graduated from the Seoul National University, Law Department, BL.

2005 - 27th Minister of the National Intelligence Service of Korea.
