Who is Kirsten van de Ven?

Kirsten Johanna Maria van de Ven is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder in the Damallsvenskan for FCR Malmö. She previously played for Tyresö FF and for Willem II Tilburg in her home country. Trained at university level at the United States, she formerly played for three seasons with Florida State University's women's soccer team. She is a member of the Netherlands women's national football team and represented her country at the 2009 and 2013 editions of the UEFA Women's Championship.
