Lloyd T. "Rosy" Harr was the sixth head college football coach of the College of Emporia Fighting Presbies in Emporia, Kansas for the 1928 season. His team produced an impressive undefeated season of 8 wins and 0 losses to be declared the conference champions of the newly formed Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
